On May 1st, 2017, 40 Under Forty winner, Chef Charlie Clowes of Ello Gov’na (Niagara’s British Food Truck) set up shop as MASON at Silversmith Brewing Company. Focusing on serving up fresh, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, MASON’s knack for showcasing nostalgic home cooking from across the globe makes their menu sure to delight. So come and let Silversmith pour you a refreshing pint while MASON fills your belly with delicious eats! The kitchen is open daily for lunch & dinner service.
