Helles Lager

Nut Brown Ale

This Nut Brown Ale is truly one of a kind. A mahogany, English-American hand-crafted brown ale that carries notes of chocolate and roasted hazelnuts. Ending with a light, dry finish.

Red Ale

Hill145|5%|IBU 25

Hill 145 was the highest point on Vimy Ridge, the most famous Canadian battle in World War I. On the morning of April 9th, 1917, the Canadians went over the top of Hill 145 declaring “We will take it or never come back!” Against all odds, they captured it and ensured an eventual victory at the Battle of Vimy Ridge. Brewed to commemorate Remembrance Day each year, 5% of proceeds are donated to Veterans’ House Canada.

Extra Special Bitter

Pours a deep copper colour with a light head. Flavours of orange, heritage apples, and black tea. Medium-bodied on the palate with a caramel and chewy bitter finish.

New Zealand Pale Ale

For our 12th anniversary, this Pale Ale features some of New Zealand’s most prized hop varieties. Fermented with an iconic California ale yeast known for its clean, clear, and crisp neutral profile. A soft malt backbone of malted barley and wheat sits behind a bouquet of Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and Wai-Iti dry hops. This beer hits the glass bursting with passionfruit, gooseberry, and white wine grapes.

A collaboration brew with Blackburn Brewhouse. Light-bodied and effervescent, this light Italian Style Pilsner highlights floral, spicy and herbal notes from Czech Saaz and German Hersbrucker hops backed by a clean dry malt profile. Silversmith Brewing Co. and Blackburn Brewhouse are a scenic 20km bicycle ride away from one another.

Breakfast Wheat

Refreshing & Fruity|5.2%|IBU 16

Brewed in the classic tradition of the Weissbier style, this is an unfiltered ale. The brewer’s yeast is left in suspension, making the beer slightly cloudy. A golden-yellow colour with a white pillowy head. Flavours of banana and clove. Light to medium-bodied on the palate with a fruitful revitalizing finish.

Quantum Coast IPA

This collaboration with Hops Connect Canada features a brand-new line of 100% hop-based extracts focusing on vibrant aromatics. This beer blends Abstrax Quantum Brite MOS and SIM extract with Idaho 7 and Mosaic T90 pellets, resulting in a crisp blend of tropical fruit, citrus, and resinous pine. It’s our modern take on a West Coast IPA. Cheers!

Our award-winning oatmeal stout returns as part of Ecclesia Series. This stout pours a deep brown and has a smooth and velvety feel complimented by sweet malty aromas and hints of nutty oatmeal. It has a thick & creamy tan of brown head with good clarity and earthy to floral character.

Hill 145

This hazy session ale has a vibrant aroma of tropical fruit, citrus zest and a hint of pine. It exemplifies the art of balance, offering a depth of flavors while remaining approachable and light-hearted. Storm in a Teacup

Lavender Lager|4.7%|IBU 22

A collaboration brew with our Virgil neighbour. This lager is enhanced with flavours of vanilla, Earl Grey tea and lavender that is harvested from Neob. A portion of the proceeds from this brew will be donated to Gillian’s Place, one of Ontario’s first shelters for abused women and children, providing safe refuge and non-residential programs that enable individuals to break the cycle of violence. 25¢ per can will be donated to Gillian’s Place.

Motueka Pilsner

This wicked single hop Pilsner features a New Zealand hop variety called Motueka. With a burst of citrus notes, you’ll be leaning forward for that next sniff-sip.

Coconut Banana Split

Fruity & Sweet|5.8%|IBU 16

This brew is a refreshing departure from the ordinary, matching traditional German weizen yeast with modern American IPA hop intensity. The Bavarian yeast strain brings out the classic banana and clove character you would expect. For the hops we used the coconut and vanilla forward Sabro supported with the delicate tropical melon of Cashmere.

Lime Gose

Sour & Citrus |4.5%|IBU 8

Enjoy a refreshing twist on this classic style where zesty lime meets the tartness of a traditional German Gose. This light sour brew pours a hazy pale yellow. The bright lime character is accompanied with a delicate balance of sea salt and a soft wheat backbone.
