    Territory Sales Representative / Territory Manager

    Silversmith Brewing Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Toronto Sales Representative / Territory Manager to lead the growth and management of our accounts in Toronto and surrounding regions, including Etobicoke, Toronto proper, Scarborough, and North York. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this hybrid role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in sales, the beverage alcohol industry, and/or hospitality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Account Development & Management:

    • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including bars, restaurants, LCBO locations, and select grocery and convenience stores.
    • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales growth and achieve territory sales targets.

    Prospecting & Acquisition:

    • Identify and secure new accounts across the On-Premise (hospitality) and Retail (LCBO, grocery, and convenience) channels.
    • Qualify potential accounts to ensure alignment with company goals and product offerings.

    Sales Execution:

    • Conduct regular sales calls, tastings, and staff training sessions to support brand awareness and drive sales.
    • Implement promotional activities to engage customers and build brand loyalty.

    Territory Planning & Travel:

    • Allocate 3.5-4.5 days per week for travel within the territory to visit accounts, conduct in-person meetings, and support sales objectives.
    • Manage territory time effectively to maximize impact and coverage.

    Reporting & Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Director of Sales to align territory strategies with company goals and overall sales plans.
    • Provide regular updates on territory performance, including key wins, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with the Director and internal teams to ensure seamless account management and execution.

    Remote & Onsite Work:

    • Work from home with a reliable workspace to manage administrative tasks, planning, and communication.
    • Access the brewery office for occasional in-person meetings, collaboration, and strategic planning.

    Qualifications:

    • Applicant must reside in Toronto
    • Proven experience managing and growing a sales territory, ideally within the beverage alcohol or hospitality industries.
    • Knowledge of On-Premise and Retail sales dynamics, including familiarity with LCBO processes and policies.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and achieve goals within a fast-paced environment.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000, commensurate with experience.
    • Annual performance-based bonus.
